Your content stays on your device

Every QR code on this site is drawn by your own browser. The Wi-Fi password, wallet address, contact details or link you type are never sent to a server, because there is no server involved in making the code.

The same is true of the scanner and the bulk tool. Images you decode are read on your device, and bulk ZIP files are assembled locally before the download starts.

Codes made here are static. The destination is encoded in the pattern itself, so there is no redirect service in the middle that could count your scans, change your link, or stop working.

A short list of the codes you download is kept in your browser's local storage so you can find them again. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.

There are no accounts, no email collection and no adverts. The site keeps basic, aggregate visitor statistics to know which pages are useful; that data contains nothing about the codes you create.
